We are thrilled to welcome the first cohort of second-year Nursing students from VID Specialized University in Norway, marking a significant milestone for our international community. This pioneering group has joined us as part of the « Student Mobility » project, a strategic initiative designed to foster global nursing perspectives by enabling students to complete a full semester abroad. While integrated into our academic environment, these students are tackling a rigorous curriculum that balances theoretical expertise in Intercultural Communication and Public Health with hands-on experience in both community health settings and local hospital clinical placements.

A Journey of Practical Learning

The exchange program is structured to provide a comprehensive view of healthcare in diverse contexts. Having successfully completed their introductory practice course, the students are now set to return to UAZ for the next two months of intensive study. Their journey will culminate in Antananarivo, where they will spend their final internship month applying their skills in a high-intensity professional environment. This partnership not only enriches the educational experience for our visiting Norwegian peers but also strengthens the cultural exchange and professional ties between our institutions.
